these arch supports are fabulous to treat many issues of the lower extremities, provide comfortable arch and midfoot support, and are great in sneakers, Ugg's, whatever

have a groin strain or hip flexor issue? try this wrap

These inserts are great for Turf Toe or other issues in the foot that do better with more support in the front of the shoe. Order appropriate size, GENTLY peel off steel plate on side you don't need, flip it over, attach to affected side (duct tape/glue)

Wearing a walking boot? Is it throwing you gait off? Try this to help even out the bigger heel. Wear this over a shoe on the good side.

The Band-IT is my favorite tennis elbow brace. Works really well.
-
Heavy Duty, very effective

Ergonomic Equipment
Products that help combat overuse conditions related to work and computer use-
This is great to avoid overuse from scrolling, clicking, tapping the built in trackpad on your laptop. Ergonomic design fits hand, and trackball eliminates the need for a large footprint of space needed to use typical wireless mouse.
-
Use your cell phone a lot? Free up your hands and drive safer with this headset. There are newer, more expensive models, but this particular one has served me well for many years
-
Type a lot? Dragon is probably the best, I use it and love it. This is PC version.
-
Mac version. Yes Mac OS X comes w/ built in dictation, but I don't think it is as good as Dragon.
